Book a Visit

Expert perimenopause, menopause, and women’s sexual health care — online or in person. Every visit is a clear, unhurried conversation about your symptoms, goals, and next steps.

Most women come to us for sleep disruption, hot flashes, brain fog, mood changes, low libido, or vaginal dryness — and leave with clarity about what’s likely hormonal, what to rule out, and a clear next step forward if you choose to continue care and treatment with us.

Paperwork required
Your intake paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment time or your visit will need to be rescheduled.
Paperwork is emailed immediately after booking. (Tip: add no-reply@optimantra.com and support@optimantra.com to your safe-sender list.)
Step 1: Start with a 60-minute visit Step 2: Review options + eligibility Step 3: If you want treatment with us, choose a membership

Important: We don’t do “one-time prescriptions.” Prescriptions, lab orders, and ongoing treatment are provided through an active membership after the first visit (because safe hormone care requires follow-up and thoughtful adjustments).

Most women start with a Video Visit. Same 60-minute visit, faster availability.

Payments, Insurance & Membership Pricing

We’re self-pay — and that’s by design

Typical insurance-based care limits visits to 10–15 minutes. We believe you deserve more time and individualized attention. By skipping insurance paperwork, we focus fully on you and your care.

  • We accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.
  • Upon request, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company.
  • Prescriptions go to your preferred pharmacy; most plans cover many medications (coverage varies).
Labs: Initial labs typically $50–$120 cash (or use your insurance at any lab). Follow-up labs are often around $50. We’ll discuss whether labs are necessary at your first visit — they’re not always required.

How most care happens between visits

Most questions, symptom assessments, and treatment adjustments don’t require an appointment. Visits are scheduled whenever clinically appropriate or if you prefer one.

Instead of taking time off work, sitting in traffic, paying a co-pay each visit, or waiting weeks for availability — care continues through secure messaging, optional symptom tracking at your pace, and visits scheduled whenever needed or preferred.

We review how you’re feeling and guide next steps — often within 24 business hours. This isn’t less medical care. It’s a more responsive way to deliver it.

Optional: Many members use our simple symptom checker to track sleep, mood, hot flashes, libido, brain fog, or pain over time — so we can spot patterns and make thoughtful adjustments without unnecessary visits.
  • No taking time off work
  • No parking, traffic, or waiting rooms
  • No paying for a visit just to ask a question
  • Direct communication about how you’re actually feeling

What to Expect at Your Visit

Your first visit is a 60-minute conversation focused entirely on you — your symptoms, history, and goals — so you leave with clarity, realistic expectations, and a clear path forward if you choose to continue care with us.

  • A full 60 minutes dedicated to your symptoms, history, and goals.
  • Clear connections between hormones and how you’re feeling, backed by research.
  • Discussion of options: medications, non-medication approaches, and labs (insurance may be used depending on your plan).
  • A written visit summary and next steps for starting care with our clinic (if you choose).
  • Time for questions — no rushing, no dismissal.
  • Zero pressure — you’re part of every treatment decision.

What Women Usually Get Out of This

No hype — just realistic expectations and clarity about next steps.

  • Clarity fast: what’s likely hormonal vs. what needs a different workup.
  • Options overview: medication and non-med options, labs (if needed), and what happens next if you continue care with us.
  • Targeted symptom goals: sleep, hot flashes/night sweats, mood, brain fog, libido, and vaginal dryness are common priorities.
Typical timeline: Many women notice some improvements in days to a few weeks (often sleep or hot flashes), while other symptoms can take 4–12+ weeks and a few thoughtful adjustments.

Results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed — but you will leave with clarity about your options and what ongoing care would involve.
