Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive your completed questionnaire and consent form, which are emailed to you upon scheduling. Please note that if these forms aren't submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your session will be automatically cancelled.

All initial visits are via telehealth. You must be in the state of Louisiana at the time of your visit to receive care.  While most of our care can be provided virtually, testosterone treatments specifically require an in-person visit once-per-year for your safety and optimal care. We're flexible with in-person appointments - we can either come to you for a home visit or meet at a local office in your area, depending on your location.   We also offer educational events in-person in New Orleans.
