Once your paperwork is complete, you can schedule your video visit. During this comprehensive consultation, we'll review your health history, discuss your current symptoms, and understand your treatment goals. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions and share your concerns. After our discussion, you'll receive a detailed care plan that includes personalized treatment recommendations, the science behind our approach, and clear next steps. If you decide to proceed, you can choose between our monthly or 3-month membership options.

Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive your completed questionnaire, payment , and consent form. Please note that if your payment and/or forms aren't submitted, your appointment may be cancelled to allow other patients to book.
All initial visits are via telehealth. You must be in the state of Louisiana at the time of your visit to receive care. While most of our care can be provided virtually, testosterone treatments specifically require an in-person visit once-per-year for your safety and optimal care. We're flexible with in-person appointments - we can either come to you for a home visit or meet at a local office in your area, depending on your location. We also offer educational events in-person in New Orleans.
