 Menopause isn’t a one-time event — it’s a journey that looks different for every woman. That’s why we built our clinic around memberships. You deserve care that adapts as your body changes — not just a one-time visit.

Our membership model gives you consistent support, regular check-ins, and space to adjust your treatment plan over time. We get to know you, monitor your progress, and help you feel better — not just now, but long-term.

Not sure if membership is right for you? You can meet with a provider first. In a $50 video visit, we’ll review your history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and walk through treatment options. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized care summary to help you decide — no pressure, no obligation.

Payments and Insurance

 

Why We're Insurance-Free (And How This Benefits You)

We’re a fully self-pay clinic — and that’s by design.

Typical insurance-based care limits visits to just 10–15 minutes. We believe you deserve more time and personalized attention. By skipping insurance paperwork, we focus fully on your care.
 

How Payment Works:

  • We keep our costs affordable through a straightforward self-pay model
  • We accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards
  • Upon request, we'll provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company 


Prescriptions and Labs: 

  • Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy and may be covered by your insurance.
     
  • Lab work can be done using your insurance at any lab, or via discounted cash pricing:
     
    • Initial labs: $50–$100
       
    • Follow-up labs: around $50
      We’ll talk about whether labs are necessary at your first visit — they’re not always required.
       


What Are Out-of-Network Benefits—and How Can We Help?

 Even if we’re not in your insurance network, you may still be able to use your insurance to get reimbursed for part of your care. Many plans offer what’s called “out-of-network benefits” — meaning they’ll pay you back for a portion of the cost after you see a provider outside their network.


Here is how it works: 

After your visit, we’ll give you a superbill (a detailed receipt), or you can use our online tool to file a claim.
Some of our patients receive more than 70% back, depending on their plan and deductible.

Membership-Based Pricing

  

Initial Consultation — $50
Meet via video with a provider to review your history, discuss your symptoms, and create a treatment plan. You’ll receive a written summary of recommendations. This visit does not include prescription management or membership.

Monthly Membership — $85/month
Includes:

  • Ongoing treatment plan management
     
  • Prescription support
  • Lab review and monitoring
  • Unlimited secure messaging with your provider 
  • Follow-up phone or video visits
  •  Priority scheduling
    Cancel anytime. 

 

 

Quarterly Membership — $225 every 3 months
Same benefits as the monthly plan, at a discounted rate.
Cancel anytime.

What to expect

 

  • Prescriptions: Sent to your local pharmacy, usually covered by insurance. Compounding pharmacies available if needed.
     
  • Labs: Use your insurance or opt for discounted cash prices.
     
  • Billing: HSA/FSA cards accepted. Superbills available for reimbursement.
     
  • Location: Telehealth visits are available statewide in Louisiana. Testosterone therapy requires an annual in-person visit — we offer home visits or you can visit us at our office (by appointment only)
     

HOW IT WORKS

Medicaid and medicare

 

Important Information for Medicaid and Medicare Patients

 

The doctors, nurse practitioners, and staff at this practice have not opted out of Medicare and Medicaid at this time. As a result, under federal regulations, the practice is prohibited from entering into a private Direct Patient Care (DPC) agreement with patients who are currently enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. This restriction is mandated by federal law and applies regardless of whether the patient wishes to pay out-of-pocket.
