Membership-Based Health Care

Menopause isn’t a one-time event — it’s a journey that looks different for every woman. That’s why we built our clinic around memberships. You deserve care that adapts as your body changes — not just a one-time visit.

Our membership model gives you consistent support, regular check-ins, and space to adjust your treatment plan over time. We get to know you, monitor your progress, and help you feel better — not just now, but long-term.

Not sure if membership is right for you? Start with an initial $50 video or in-person consultation. We’ll review your history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and walk through treatment options. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized care summary to help you decide — no pressure, no obligation.

Payments and Insurance

 We’re a fully self-pay clinic — and that’s by design.

Typical insurance-based care limits visits to just 10–15 minutes. We believe you deserve more time and personalized attention. By skipping insurance paperwork, we focus fully on you and your care.

  • We keep costs affordable through a simple self-pay model.
  • We accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.
  • Upon request, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company.
  • Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy and most insurances cover (although coverage varies by plan)
  • Lab work can be done through your insurance at any lab, or at discounted cash prices:
    • Initial labs: $50–$120
    • Follow-up labs: about $50
  • We’ll discuss whether labs are necessary at your first visit — they’re not always required.

Membership-Based Pricing

Beginning October 15, we’re introducing tiered memberships so every woman can choose the level of care that fits best.

  • Now through October 15: New patients may choose between our current pricing ($85/month with unlimited messaging and unlimited video visits) and the new tiered options below
  • Starting October 15: All new memberships will follow the new tiered structure.

If you’re already a member, nothing changes unless you want it to. As a current member, your membership is locked in at no more than $85/month for as long as you remain active in your current plan. You may also move into a lower-cost tier at any time.

Why We Offer Different Tiers

Your care should fit your life—not the other way around. That’s why we offer options.

Some women like the ease of messaging only, with quick, ongoing support and the ability to add a visit if needed. Others prefer regular video visits for more face-to-face connection. And some feel best with in-person visits layered into their care.

Each package reflects different ways of communicating and staying connected—not more or less care, just the approach that works best for you.

Your needs, your preferences, your pace. That’s what our membership options are built around.

Membership Tiers

Every new patient begins with a consult before selecting a membership.

Essential Care

 $70/month or $195 for 3 months ($65/month)

  • Unlimited secure messaging
  • Prescription management
  • Lab review
  • Treatment adjustments via messaging
  • ⚠This tier is not available for patients on testosterone therapy (requires additional monitoring).
  • Patients may schedule additional visits at any time: $50 for video, $100 for in-person.

Comprehensive Care (Most Popular)

$95/month or $255 for 3 months ($85/month)

  • Everything in Essentials
  • Up to 3 video visits per year
  • 1 yearly in-person visit (required if on testosterone)
  • Quarterly symptom check-ins (video or questionnaire)
  • Priority messaging (24-hour response)
  • Extra visits available: $50 video / $100 in-person
*Required tier for testosterone therapy due to additional monitoring
  • Patients may schedule additional visits at any time: $50 for video, $100 for in-person.

Concierge Care

Pricing tailored to visit frequency

  • Everything in Comprehensive
  • 4 in-person visits per year
  • Unlimited video visits
  • Same- or next-day scheduling
  • Extended appointment times
  • Priority messaging
  • Extra visits available: $50 video / $100 in-person
*Most women do well in Essentials or Comprehensive; Concierge is designed for those who need more frequent visits and maximum flexibility.

Finding the Right Care Level for Your Needs

Essentials Care is best for women who want messaging-based care without testosterone therapy — convenient, flexible, and focused on steady communication with the ability to add an in-person or telehealth visit when needed.

Comprehensive Care is the right fit for women who want the balance of messaging plus a few visits each year, or who are on testosterone and need more monitoring.

Concierge Care is ideal for women who want the highest level of access, with frequent visits, same- or next-day scheduling, and extended time with their clinician.
