Initial video consult for peri/menopause

This is a video visit with Crystal Burke, NP, to discuss your medical history,  symptoms,  and goals. We will determine a treatment plan that will work best for you. We provide estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone therapy for perimenopause and menopause, as well as non-hormonal therapies. You must submit a medical questionnaire, consent, and payment BEFORE scheduling an appointment. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email/text with a link to join the video meeting at the scheduled time.
